Holidays Trivia Questions

Holiday trivia gets searched in a two-week window each year and then vanishes, which is why so much of it online is thin. These sets are written to be reused: the origins of each holiday, how it is kept in different countries, the food and the symbols and where they came from, and the films and songs attached to it. Nothing depends on a particular year. The homepage surfaces whichever holiday is next, so the right set is one click away when you need it and out of the way when you do not.

Frequently asked questions

Which holiday set works for children?

Christmas and Halloween both have a For Kids page built from their easy questions, and the Easter set is gentle throughout.

Are there questions about religious meaning?

They cover the history and the customs, including the religious origins, in the way an encyclopaedia would. There is nothing devotional and nothing that takes a side.

Why no New Year or Fourth of July set yet?

Both are on the list. A set only goes live once it has forty-two verified questions with explanations, and those two are not there yet.
