Name All the 32 NFL Teams
All thirty-two NFL teams. Type the full name or just the nickname.
Answers register as you type, so there is nothing to submit. Spelling counts, capitals and punctuation do not.
Thirty-two teams, split evenly into two conferences of four divisions each. That symmetry is recent: the league only reached its current shape in 2002, when the Houston Texans joined and the divisions were redrawn.
Two things trip people up. Several teams have moved cities within living memory, so the Raiders, Rams and Chargers all answer to places they did not use to play in. And the Washington team changed its name twice in the early 2020s, which means older lists in your head are out of date.
Nicknames alone are accepted here, so Bengals counts without Cincinnati in front of it.

Frequently asked questions
How many NFL teams are there?
Thirty-two, in two conferences of sixteen. The league has been that size since the Houston Texans joined in 2002.
Do I have to type the city?
No. The nickname on its own counts, so typing Steelers is enough. Full names work too.
Which teams have moved cities?
The Raiders, Rams and Chargers have all relocated in recent decades, which is why their current cities catch out people working from memory.
Prefer multiple choice?
